SEQUENCE
Step 1
Deposit and contract on individual lot of choice $1000
returned in 30 days if no construction agreement can be
reached with Pequot Development Corp.
Step 2
Preliminary price and plan agreed upon $3000
nonrefundable design deposit for building permit grade
plans.
Step 3
Signing of construction contract, mortgage application
and $3000 septic design and permit application
non-refundable.
Step 4
Closing on lot and additional 10% - 20% deposit to
Pequot Development Corp. for construction of home to be
completed 6-8 months |
